TERMS AND CONDITIONS – HOTEL VINTANA

1. Guest Check-in Requirements

  • The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to check into Hotel Vintana.
  • All guests are required to present a valid photo ID at the time of check-in, as mandated by government regulations.
  • Valid identification includes Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, or Passport. Guests without an original, valid ID will not be allowed to check-in.
  • 2. Behavior and Conduct

  • Hotel Vintana reserves the right to act against any guest whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or unacceptable.
  • If complaints are raised, appropriate action will be taken after a thorough investigation.
  • The hotel may refuse service to guests violating hotel rules or behaving in a manner that affects the comfort or safety of other guests.
  • 3. Special Policies for Certain Destinations or Seasons

  • Some specific locations or seasons may have different policies that will apply. These will be communicated to guests at the time of booking or check-in.
  • 4. Liability for Damages

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property beyond normal wear and tear.
  • Guests must keep their room in good condition and maintain cleanliness during their stay.
  • In the event of damages, the cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest’s account.
  • 5. Booking-specific Policies

  • 6. Booking Confirmation and Communication

  • Hotel Vintana may contact guests closer to their check-in date via phone or messages to confirm their arrival time or status.
  • If we do not receive a response after multiple attempts, the reservation may be placed on hold or cancelled. If availability permits, Hotel Vintana will reinstate the booking once the guest contacts us or completes payment via our secure payment options.
  • 7. Guest Feedback

  • As part of our continuous efforts to enhance our services, Hotel Vintana may reach out to guests post-stay via calls or messages to gather feedback regarding their experience.
